8 Week Strength Training Program

This 8 week introductory program is designed to teach the fundamentals of strength training in a small group setting. Basic movement mechanics will be taught relating to the squat, bench press, and deadlift, as well as underlying training principles. 

When? Starting on September 16th, class times are offered 4 times per week. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday at 6:30pm
