Group CrossFit Classes
This is our main strength and condition program at WCFM. Our group CrossFit classes are one hour in length and workouts vary day to day. During these classes we focus on all aspects of fitness! Strength, cardio, flexibility, speed, etc. Classes are instructor led from warm up to cool down.
We also offer one-on-one and small group personal training. These sessions are 100% geared towards you and your specific goals. There is no better way to reach your goals fast than working one-on-one with a coach!

Sweat is a one hour cardio based fitness class that uses all beginner friendly movements. Although this is a primarily cardio based class we still implement basic strength work for the whole body with an emphasis on the core. You can sign up for sweat right now HERE.
