Kyle Jack

Kyle Jack

Owner & Head Coach

Kyle is the owner and head coach at Warrior CrossFit Muscatine. He’s always been into fitness but didn’t always have the drive to push himself to the next level. When he decided to try CrossFit, everything changed. “The constant variety and competitive atmosphere made showing up to the gym exciting. So much so that after two years of training I wanted to make it my career!”

When Kyle got the chance to buy a gym, he jumped at the opportunity. To date, it’s been one of the best decisions he’s ever made. “I love running a business that changes people’s lives for the better. It provides an outlet for them to focus on themselves for an hour every day. Making people feel better about themselves is pretty cool.”

Kelli Kirchner

Kelli Kirchner

Coach

Coach Kelli has a diverse fitness background that includes track, basketball, rugby, and Scott Schulz’s bootcamp which introduced her to CrossFit. “As a member of Warrior CrossFit Muscatine, I’d gained so much and wanted to do my part and give back. Earning my Level 1 and joining the coaching team seemed like a natural next step.”

“I am passionate about CrossFit because I am personally motivated by all of the different members of our box. Everybody has their own reason for being here and many times it’s not that different from anyone else’s. It’s amazing to see people learning, failing, attempting, succeeding, putting in the work, mastering, and meeting goals. It is all so inspiring!”

What brought Ryan to CrossFit? “After slowly losing interest in the traditional gym environment I gave CrossFit a try and was hooked. Gabriel Rusher

Gabriel Rusher

Coach

Gabriel has always been a fan of recreational weightlifting, so it’s no wonder CrossFit caught his eye. Unlike some fitness professionals, Gabriel finds joy in the little things. In his eyes, small progress is just as important as major progress. “Maybe a client makes a comment about how an injury they’ve had is starting to feel better. Or perhaps their technique in a certain lift has improved. Those seemingly small things make this a very gratifying job for me. “

Payton Dierickx

Payton Dierickx

Coach

Coach Payton Dierickx has been CrossFitting for over 3 years. Payton used to not be as athletic as she is now. She says, “I came from basically no athletic background. I ran a little track in high school. CrossFit was the first real athletic thing I’ve done!” She started training for her own personal fitness and loved how CrossFit made her feel, physically and mentally.

She also loves seeing her members do things they never thought were possible. Wanting to share in the results she found by doing CrossFit, now Payton loves to help people become the best version of themselves and helping to provide the motivation for them to do so.

Shannon Stout

Shannon Stout

Coach

Shannon was a dancer and cheerleader before she discovered weightlifting in high school. After graduation, she continued to hit the gym up until she had her first child. Two years later, she was given a life-altering diagnosis: breast cancer. At the age of 28, her body was broken down by the countless surgeries and aggressive treatments. But Shannon took it one day at a time beating the disease and surpassing expectations.

Eventually, she gave birth to her second child and was eager to get back in shape. She’d discovered CrossFit through friends and decided to give it a shot. “I’m really passionate about being fit and strong, not only in my life as a farmer but as an example for my kids. I like knowing what my body is capable of and pushing my physical and mental limits. I really believe in CrossFit’s methodology and want everyone to be a part of it.”
