Strength and Conditioning Classes

You’ll be participating in group classes utilizing tried and true strength & conditioning principals outlined below.

  • Weight Training: Building lean muscle mass is the single most important thing you can do to improve your overall heath, fitness, and body composition. We prioritize strength training in every class!
  • Metabolic Conditioning: Build cardiovascular capacity, muscle endurance, and overall stamina through conditioning workouts.
  • Gymnastics Basics: Controlling your own body weight through movements like push ups and pull ups is a skill we want to help every human have! No matter how far away you currently are, we can help move you closer towards that first push up or pull up!

What to expect?

Workouts can be adjusted in weight, intensity, and certain mechanics to scale to the experience and fitness levels of any individual, be it a total fitness beginner or seasoned gym goer.

All of our classes are coach-led and follow a planned progression throughout the 60 minutes following this basic structure.

Your class coach will guide you through warming up, followed by movement instruction and demonstration for the workout. The Coach will supervise and correct any movement performed by you during the workout.
