Sweat is a cardio-based fitness class that implements basic strength work, and a focus on core stability. All movements are beginner-friendly and low impact. 60 Minute Sweat classes are offered on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at 6:30pm. Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 6:15am. Our 30 Min Sweat classes are offered at 11:30am on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
