Here is an example of a high pull vs. the panda pull. The first 2 reps Gabe makes contact and continues to extend up while shrugging with the shoulders and arms. In the 3rd and 4th rep he makes that same contact but immediately retracts the hips back and uses his arms to pull himself down. This is teaching a quick pull under the bar vs. a slower higher pull.
